He pledged to create a conducive environment that facilitates the endeavors of private businesses. In this context, he appealed to the US government to adopt innovative measures that encourage substantial American investment within Nigeria.  President Tinubu elaborated, "The private sector, under our guidance, will undoubtedly steer our nation's development. To this end, the US government can play a transformative role by introducing inventive incentives to foster significant industrial investment in Nigeria. I am resolved to address specific concerns related to regulations, taxation, and environmental considerations, all geared towards nurturing prosperity for every Nigerian family."  In response to President Tinubu's vision, Ambassador Molly Phee expressed the US government's unwavering commitment to enhancing incentives for sizeable investments in Nigeria. She conveyed, "President Joe Biden has specifically requested a meeting with you during UNGA, marking the respect and esteem he holds for your leadership. You are the sole African leader he has sought to engage with in this manner."
