I prefer a faithful cheating partner, says Doyin of BBNaija.

I prefer a faithful cheating partner, says Doyin of BBNaija.

Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, also known as Doyin, a former housemate of the popular reality show Big Brother Naija, has stated that she would not mind if her partner cheats on her, as long as he remains caring and loyal to her. The reality TV star made this known on a recent episode of her podcast, Doyin's Corner, where she hosted Beauty Tukura and Modella as guests to discuss the intricacies of relationships.

Doyin noted that a partner could be unfaithful and still remain loyal, and vice versa. She believes that being cheated on does not equate to the absence of love in a relationship, and that her definition of loyalty does not hinge on faithfulness alone.

According to her, “My partner can love me but still cheat on me. But I don’t think that because he has cheated, he doesn’t love me. For me, my definition of loyalty is not, don’t cheat me."

Doyin also emphasized the importance of being realistic in a relationship, stating that she would prefer a partner who would be honest about his intentions, even if it means admitting to being unfaithful. She explained, "I’m just trying to be realistic in my relationship. For me, I will say I want a partner that he will tell me, babe, I’m travelling for six months, I can not promise you that I will be loyal for six months.”

Her statement has generated mixed reactions on social media, with some people supporting her view, while others disagree. Some people have argued that being unfaithful is a breach of trust and that it should never be tolerated in a relationship.

Seun Kuti claims Obasanjo was a CIA stooge, Jimmy Carter’s boy

Seun Kuti, a popular Nigerian musician and son of legendary afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti, recently claimed that former Nigerian Head of State, Olusegun Obasanjo, was a stooge of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and a loyalist of then-US president, Jimmy Carter. In a recent interview, Kuti asserted that the US influenced the invasion of his late father's home, Fela's Kalakuta abode, in 1977 by Nigerian soldiers. He suggested that the attack was aimed primarily at his late grandmother, Mrs. Fumilayo Ransome Kuti, who was a leading socialist figure in Africa during the Cold War.

Kuti argued that his grandmother's socialist views were not well-received by the US government during the Cold War era, and this may have led to her being the target of the attack on the Kalakuta abode. He further stated that the assault was not only aimed at Fela but also his grandmother, who was thrown out of a window during the attack. Kuti believes that Obasanjo was acting on the orders of his American handlers, and his grandmother was a target because of her socialist stance.

Kuti's claims have sparked controversy and rekindled interest in the events leading to the Kalakuta invasion. Many Nigerians have taken to social media to express their opinions on Kuti's claims. Some have supported Kuti's assertions, while others have dismissed them as conspiracy theories. However, Kuti has remained adamant, stating that his grandmother's socialist views made her a target of the US government during the Cold War, and that Obasanjo was a CIA stooge.

In conclusion, Seun Kuti's claims that former Nigerian Head of State, Olusegun Obasanjo, was a puppet of the CIA and that the US influenced the invasion of the Kalakuta abode have stirred controversy. While some Nigerians have supported Kuti's claims, others have dismissed them as unfounded. However, Kuti remains steadfast in his assertions and believes that his grandmother's socialist views made her a target of the US government during the Cold War era.

Fashola: Nigeria's Constitution Permits Dual Citizenship, Tinubu

During his appearance on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, expressed uncertainty regarding whether Nigeria's constitution allows dual citizenship. Fashola was responding to online rumors that the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, may have a Guinean passport in addition to his Nigerian one.

These allegations have generated mixed reactions on social media, particularly among those who are opposed to Tinubu's emergence as the President-elect in the recent election. However, Fashola maintained that he is not aware of Tinubu's citizenship status and that he only knows that Tinubu carries a Nigerian passport.

Fashola further explained that Tinubu had resided abroad during his exile, and he is not sure if he was granted American citizenship during that period. Nevertheless, Fashola questioned the relevance of Tinubu's citizenship status to the outcome of the election.

He reminded viewers that Nigeria's constitution allows for dual citizenship, but he is not certain if this applies to Tinubu. The controversy over Tinubu's citizenship has been ongoing, with critics suggesting that he may be ineligible to contest for the presidency due to Section 137 of the Constitution.

Fashola's comments have added to the ongoing debate regarding Tinubu's citizenship status, with many Nigerians calling for a thorough investigation into the matter to ensure that the president-elect is qualified to hold the position.

Khoe Kardashian reacts as she's called out following speculations, she's pregnant for Tristan Thompson again

Tristan Thompson's Reported Reaction To Khloe Kardashian Dumping ...

Khloe Kardashian is the number 1 trend on Twitter as people called her out and demanded she apologizes to Jordyn Woods following speculations that she's expecting another baby with ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

Khloe publicly called out Jordyn Woods after she was filmed partying with her baby daddy Tristan following the birth of their first child together, True Thompson. As a result, Jordyn, who was a good friend of the Kardashian family, became estranged from the family.

Khloe also broke up with Tristan but they have now reconciled and are reportedly quarantining together. Khloe even recently discussed freezing her eggs with Tristan's sperm to ensure a second baby on a recent episode of the family's reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Well, for some reason, social media users believed Khloe is pregnant with her and Tristan's second child and they took to the platform to criticize her.

They called her a clown and a hypocrite for shaming her sister's best friend Jordyn. They also accused her of making Kylie let go of her best friend, while Khloe refused to let go of the man who cheated with the same best friend.

The Good American co-founder has now reacted.

She tweeted: "I don’t go on social platforms much these days AND this is one of the main reasons as to why I stay away. The sick and hurtful things people say. I am disgusted by so many things I am seeing. SMH people swear they know everything about me. Including my uterus. Sick.

"The nasty things you’re saying about me over A RUMOR! I have seen so many hurtful/despicable stories and tweets about me over a false story. And if it were true.... it’s MY LIFE, NOT YOURS.

"Funny how picky&choosy some can be with who and how you feel others should live their lives. I believe people should focus on their own lives/families, put energy into bettering the scary world we are currently living in, and try projecting positivity as opposed to nastiness."

I am worried, I see danger ahead- SGF, Boss Mustapha, warns as Nigerians continue to flout COVID19 guidelines

Boss Mustapha, chairman of the Presidential Taskforce on COVID19 and Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF, Boss Mustapha, says he is worried and sees danger ahead as the ease of the lockdown entered day three today.
At the press briefing of the taskforce in Abuja today, Mustapha says the outright disregard for all COVID19 prevention guidelines only potent danger for Nigerians even as the battle against COVID19 continues.  In his words
Today I am a little bit sober because of the dangers that I see ahead and I referred to it in my speech.
I said early assessment of the ease of lockdown phase, indicates that Nigerians are yet to come to terms with the deadliness and the virulent nature of COVID19 and this gives us concern on the high possibility of increased shedding of the virus to hitherto unaffected persons and populations.
I went ahead to mention some of the worries. One of it is total disregard for the protocols that government has issued which includes social distancing, wearing of mask, personal hygiene, ban on inter state travels. We have just thrown them to the wind.
I concluded with a very subtle reminder that the overall assessment of compliance with the measures and the outcome of models we have developed, point in the direction of danger ahead.'' he said
He added that the only way the danger ahead can be averted is for everyone to have personal discipline, increased awareness and enforcement.
The one-month lockdown by President Buhari was eased off on Monday May 4 and was largely characterised by outright disregard for all COVID19 prevention guidelines.

“Let me inform us that most of the deaths recorded of recent and test carried out showed that coronavirus was the cause. So, before the final report which would be ready in the next one week or few days, it is necessary for people of Kano to wake up from their slumber that this is a serious issue.
We need to know what is happening. We are successful in identifying what the problems are and secondly, we are happy on the level of cooperation the private sector and other stake holders. Many people have come out to support the state. We cannot expand our investigation until we are certain.

Kano is in trouble, we started fight against Coronavirus on a shaky foundation - Governor Ganduje cries out

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje has expressed fears about the growing cases of Coronavirus in Kano state.
In a press statement released by Ganduje's Chief Press Secretary Abba Anwar, on Sunday May 3, the Kano Governor said the state is in trouble because they started the fight against Coronavirus on a shaky foundation.
He also blamed the delay in testing suspected cases for the increased cases of Coronavirus in the state.

    Ganduje said;
“There is no doubt that Kano is in trouble. And there is no doubt that we started on a shaky foundation. When samples were taken to Abuja for 7 hours and came back again in 7 hours, that was the shaky foundation I am talking about.
“We then lodged our complaint to President Muhammadu Buhari, who ordered for the establishment of a Testing Centre at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, which after take-off was shut down for some days if not weeks. That was what escalated the transmission of the disease up to community transmission.
“But with the coming back of the AKTH Testing Centre and the addition of Bayero University, Kano that has the capacity of testing about 200 samples per day now, with the coming of Dangote Mobile Testing Centre of 400 samples capacity, we are making headway in facing the crisis squarely.”
The Director-General of Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu who was present at the event reassurred Kano residents that the health agency has not left them to their fate.

    Ihekweazu said;
“I just want the people of Kano to understand that we have not left you. We are behind you hundred per cent.
“I want to assure you that, by the time we hear from the findings of Dr Nasiru Sani Gwarzo’s team from the Presidential Task Force, for the days they have been here, we will have more solutions that we will use in solving the problems from Kano.”
This is coming after Dr Nasiru Sani Gwarzo, leader of the Presidential Task Force Committee on COVID-19 said that the novel Coronavirus is responsible for the mysterious deaths recorded in Kano state in the last few days.

Clarence Peters speaks up for the first time following the death of video vixen, Kodak at his studio

Clarence Peters has finally spoken for the first time following the death of video vixen, Love Divine, aka Kodak, who was allegedly electrocuted in his studio.
The music video director took to Instagram to release a statement. In it, he narrated how Kodak died and also paid tribute to the late dancer whose tragic death occurred on Wednesday, April 29.
Since her death took place in Clarence's studio, some social media users expected him to react soon and they took to his old posts on Instagram to question him.
After reports Clarence Peters was called in for questioning and the death of Kodak is being investigated as a murder (read here), Clarence's long-time girlfriend responded to defend him (read here). Also, a crew member who was present when Kodak died defended Clarence (read here).
Clarence has now spoken up to defend himself and mourn the dead.

    He wrote on Instagram:
On the 29th of April 2020, Love Divine Ike (Picture Kodak) was in the dance studio, on the premises of Capital Dreams Pictures, with 5 other team members and myself - 7 people in total.
At about 7:30 pm on the same day, while in another office - a building beside the dance studio, on the same premises, some people who were said to be with Love Divine at the time, rushed in and called my attention to the fact that Love Divine had collapsed.
We immediately rushed her to the nearest hospital, which refused to let us into their premises, let alone admit her. They assumed she was a Covid-19 patient.
We tried, but we were not able to gain entry into a second hospital. We eventually got her to a third hospital where she was pronounced dead 30 minutes after arrival.
I was not physically in the same room as her when the incident occurred, and when I inquired, I was told by those present at the scene that Love Divine, while taking a break from the dance session, was sitting on one of the metal sliding door rails, charging and using her phone plugged to an extension box.
The witnesses didn’t realize anything was wrong, until they saw she had laid down, and they noticed smoke coming from her chest area.
She was said to be electrocuted, her phone was found on her chest, with severe burn marks, and the phone’s imprint on her chest.
The witnesses were taken to the Ojodu Police Headquarters straight from the hospital where statements were taken and the phone (which had traces of burnt flesh on it) was deposited.
The following day, the Police conducted an examination of the body and were taken to the scene of the incident for further examination.
The Police are currently carrying out a full-scale investigation into the events that occurred, and an autopsy will be carried out, with the full permission and consent of her family.
Please note that no one has been charged or arrested, by the Police. The witnesses and I willingly made ourselves available to the Police and we have all pledged our full co-operation, through every part of this process. I will be helping out in every possible capacity.

    He continued:
Love Divine and the entire WestLifeCrew was a huge part of Capital Dreams Pictures, and losing her hurts us all deeply.
She was an exemplary person, and a legend in her own rights. We will miss her very much.
Words will never be enough to describe what her family is going through in these things trying times. My thoughts and prayers are with them, and I ask God to grant them all the strength & fortitude at this time.
This is a truly difficult time for us all, and we’re asking for a lot of patience and goodwill from the general public, in these difficult times.
May God help us through this.
