Chelsea legend Didier Drogba set to feature on a song with Wizkid

African football star and Chelsea FC legend, Didier Drogba, has shown interest in featuring on a tune with Wizkid and London based, Ivorian Afrobeats act, Afro B.
Apparently, Afro B, has a song titled DROGBA, named after the star.
A twitter fan who seemed interested in the song, suggested that it would be nice to have both the football star and Wizkid feature on the track. He said; “honestly, if you could get Drogba and Wizkid in a video that would be an excellent finish.”
Drogba quickly responded on twitter as he mentioned both Wizkid and Afro B saying; “Big package ehh, how do we manage ehh, what do you think”
Wizkid also responded saying “yes yes”.
Surely, it would be nice to have such an interesting collaboration kid

Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor, Aubrey Drake Graham popularly known as Drake, has broken The Beatles & Michael Jackson’s records on the Billboard Hot 100 with his latest album titled “Scorpion“.
First and foremost, it would interest you to know that Drake has over 7 songs sitting in the top 10 chart on Billboard Hot 100.
Nice For What has remained on the number one spot four times making it the only track that has ever achieved that. Also, Nonstop, Gods Plan, In My Feelings, I’m Upset, Emotionless, and Don’t Matter To Me also made the chart.
Others who made the top 10 are Cardi B, Maroon 5, and late rapper, XXXTentacion.

Prof. Jerry Gana declares for presidency on SDP platform

Former minister said this in Abuja on Thursday while addressing journalists and supporters at the national secretariat of the Social Democratic Party where he went to purchase the N1m expression of interest form.
He said the tension in the country has not been this intense since the end of the civil war in 1970.
Gana said, “With the utmost sense of responsibility and honour, I hereby express my well-considered interest to aspire as the presidential candidate of the SDP, with a view to ultimately contest in the forthcoming presidential elections in 2019.
“Being a patriotic and committed democrat who has carried a burden for the rapid, effective and even development of our dear nation for decades, I am deeply concerned with the very real prospect of Nigeria imploding unless our great party comes to the rescue with a God-fearing, dynamic leadership.
“Nigeria is facing an existential threat, the seriousness and proportion of which have never been witnessed since the end of the civil war.”
The former minister promised to effectively tackle the security challenges in the country if voted into office.

Cristiano Ronaldo to undergo medicals at Juventus on Monday

Cristiano Ronaldo will undergo a medical at Juventus' training centre on Monday morning before finalising his £105m move from Real Madrid.

The 33-year-old Portugal captain will also face the media in his first official press conference since joining the Serie A club.

Ronaldo scored 451 goals in 438 games for Madrid during the nine years he spent at the Spanish giants.

In a letter posted on Real's website, Ronaldo confirmed he had asked to move on as "the time has come for a new cycle".

He also said his time in the Spanish capital, following his then world-record £80m move from Manchester United, was "possibly the happiest of my life".

US president Donald Trump arrive the UK for the start of a four-day visit

US President Donald Trump has arrived the UK for the start of a four-day visit.

Trump, who said he is "fine" about any protests planned during his visit, was accompanied by his wife Melania Trump as they landed at Stansted at 13:50 BST before a helicopter took them to the US ambassador's residence in London.

During his visit, the US president will have talks with Theresa May at Chequers, travel to Windsor to meet the Queen and play golf at Turnberry in Scotland.

Croatia defeat England 2-1 to reach World Cup final

Mario Mandzukic scored the winning goal in extra time as Croatia defeat England 2-1 in an utterly gripping World Cup semi-final in Moscow on Wednesday to set up a final date with France.

The Juventus forward netted in the 109th minute to complete a remarkable comeback from a shattered Croatian team and take the small nation of little more than four million people into the World Cup final for the first time in their short history.

Kieran Trippier’s magnificent early free-kick had seemingly set England on course to reach their first final since they lifted the trophy on home soil back in 1966.

But it wasn’t to be, as Croatia came roaring back in the second half and equalised through Ivan Perisic before somehow finding the energy to win despite being taken to extra time for the third time in 10 days.

The biggest winners of the night could well be France, who have had an extra day’s rest for Sunday’s final after edging out Belgium 1-0 on Tuesday.

That will not matter too much right now for Croatia, who are the smallest nation to make it to the final since Uruguay back in 1950.

England had been the ones hoping to make history, in what was their first appearance in the semi-finals in 28 years.
