Rapper, Jay-Z, has been forced to deny he took shot at his
former friend and collaborator, Kanye West.
The hip-hop mogul who featured on Meek Mill's new song
"What's Free" with Rick Ross was believed to have taken a swipe at
Kanye West.
In the track off Meek's new album ' Championships', Jay-Z
raps:
"No red hat, don't Michael and Prince me and Ye / They
separate you when you got Michael and Prince's DNA / I ain't one of these house
n***as you bought / My house like a resort, my house bigger than yours."
It was also speculated that he almost-compared West's wife
Kim Kardashian with his own wife, Beyonce:
"My spo– c'mon man, my route better, of course,"
he raps in the song.
The father of three has denied throwing shots at Kanye West,
saying his line in 'What's Free' meant don't pit me against my brothers no
matter what our differences are.
He wrote on Twitter:
'The line clearly meant don’t pit me against my brothers no
matter what our differences are (red hat) now go pick up Meek album . Drake and
Meek on there together.'
